Conference Goals: This 2 ½ day conference will engage participants in working to improve their mathematics content courses for K-8 pre-service teachers. The goal will be for each institution’s representative(s) to develop a realistic long-term action plan that will yield graduates who can teach mathematics more effectively during their professional careers. Our aim is to attract representatives from teacher preparation programs across the country who are committed to improving their mathematics content courses for K-8 pre-service teachers.
